Assignment · Human investigator

Put a real person on the street.

When a PDF isn't enough, we send someone to the area. They spend one to two weeks there and report what a weekend viewing won't show you: traffic, lorries, flood spots, the walk home at night, and what the neighbours are like.

What we check

The things you only notice after moving in.

  1. 01Morning and evening traffic on the main roads
  2. 02Factories and lorry routes near the house
  3. 03Flood and drainage, from what locals say and what we see
  4. 04A written brief based on why you are buying

Coverage

Klang Valley & Shah Alam only.

We keep the area small so the investigator has enough days on your street. Outside this area, use the AI report for now.
