TinjauLokasi provides AI-assisted Location Livability & Risk Reports for educational and decision-support purposes. By accessing the site, searching a location, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Policies in full.

Reports are generated for the study pin and radius you select. They are not a formal valuation, legal opinion, surveyor's certificate, or bank underwriting decision. You remain responsible for independent verification before any purchase, financing, or investment commitment.

We may update product features, pricing, and these Policies as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We collect only what is required to fulfil your order and support the product: contact email, selected study location, payment metadata from our processor (when live), and messages you send through the contact form.

Location searches are resolved through geocoding services. Report generation may call map, routing, enrichment, and language-model providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and similar storage may be used for essential site function, consent preferences, and basic product reliability. You can clear browser storage at any time.

Every TinjauLokasi memo is assembled through a multi-source intelligence pipeline. It is not a single scraped page or a generic chatbot reply.

Your purchase authorises us to orchestrate enterprise-grade language models, geospatial lookups, open-map facility verification, routing telemetry, demographic and commercial enrichment layers, and structured analytical engines that score livability, mobility, hazard posture, and investment fit.

That stack is what turns a pin on a map into a six-section Location Livability & Risk Report with AI analysis, evidence-bound findings, and a closing deal-breaker frame. By proceeding to checkout, you expressly agree that report generation will consume these high-grade APIs and compute resources on your behalf.

All sales are final. TinjauLokasi does not offer refunds, chargebacks-as-a-habit, partial credits, or “I changed my mind” reversals once generation has been initiated or a report has been delivered.

Fulfilment is compute-intensive by design. The moment you confirm a study area, we spin up paid, high-grade API calls across multiple vendors for geocoding, map verification, enrichment, model inference, PDF assembly, and storage. Those costs are incurred whether or not you later decide the neighbourhood was not what you hoped.

A report is a bespoke digital work product for your selected coordinates. It cannot be restocked like a t-shirt. By completing payment you acknowledge that there are no refunds; that delivery of the PDF (or a fulfilment email with access) completes our obligation; and that dissatisfaction with the neighbourhood itself is not a billing dispute.

If a genuine technical failure prevents delivery after payment, contact us through the site form. We will regenerate or restore access. That is fulfilment support, not a refund programme.

Do not abuse autocomplete, scrape the service, reverse-engineer prompts, resell raw outputs as your own proprietary research without disclosure, or attempt to bypass payment or rate controls.

Automated bulk generation, credential stuffing, and attempts to extract model weights or internal schemas are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Market conditions, flood history, crime signals, industrial nuisance, and amenity inventories change. Open and third-party datasets can be incomplete or delayed. TinjauLokasi surfaces evidence-bound intelligence. It does not guarantee outcomes, yields, safety, or appreciation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, TinjauLokasi and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from reliance on a report, including lost opportunities or property decisions made after reading the memo. Aggregate liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

These Policies are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall first be raised in good faith through our contact channel before formal proceedings.
